How long does a custom order take?

Most orders are ready within 1–2 weeks, depending on the project and how busy I am. Once I send your quote, I'll give you an exact timeline.

Do you ship, or is it local pickup?

Both! I'm based in Austin, TX and offer local pickup, and I can ship orders anywhere in the U.S. for the cost of postage.

How does payment work?

After we finalize the details of your quote, I'll send an invoice. A deposit may be required for larger custom orders, with the balance due before delivery.

Will I get to see a proof before it's made?

Yes! For custom designs I'll send a digital proof for your approval before anything is cut or pressed, so you know exactly what you're getting.

Can you do rush orders?

Sometimes — it depends on my current schedule. Mention your deadline in the quote form and I'll let you know what's possible.
